Samples & Delivery

Samples: we are very pleased to offer FREE samples, but we hope our customer can pay for the shipping cost.
Delivery: the cargoes can be shipped by sea, by air, by UPS or TNT, etc, pls choose the way which is most convinent for you.
Noramlly the goods can be deliveried 30 days after we received the deposit from you, it mainly depends on the quantity of the goods.

For custom printing and packing product, please send us detail requirements with artworks, then we will make a quotation for your reference,

        You can also let us know your budget or garget price, we will offere different printing and packing way         for you to choose, so as to
        If the order is placed, we strongly remomend you to send us real samples to follow the color, if this is         not possible, we will folllow your artwork or any other information available.

MOQ
          We understand customers will have different some kind of different designs, but you dont want to         lauch big MOQ, or you have a limit bedget, this is fine for us, we have a flexibility to proceed small         MOQ's, as well as capacity to handle big volumes
          

Returns
         Sorry it's difficult to do the returns for custom items, we can't afford the returns unless it's our fault          cause the terrible quality mistakes, please discuss with us for any questions or troubles you met, we          will try our best to help you.
